Pada kondisi pondasi yang tidak simetris, terjadi eksentrisitas yang menyebabkan beban tidak terdistribusi secara merata. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh eksentrisitas pada pondasi telapak terhadap tegangan dasar pondasi dan daya dukung tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan eksentrisitas pada pondasi telapak, baik dalam satu arah maupun dua arah, menyebabkan peningkatan tegangan pada dasar pondasi. Nilai tegangan yang dihasilkan dari Model 1 hingga Model 5 berturut-turut adalah 169,25 kN/m², 430,80 kN/m², 592,35 kN/m², 1023,15 kN/m², dan 1453,94 kN/m². Daya dukung tanah izin yang diperoleh melalui metode Terzaghi adalah 440,11 kPa, sementara metode Meyerhof memberikan nilai yang lebih tinggi, yaitu 846,93 kPa. Selain itu, eksentrisitas juga berdampak pada nilai tegangan minimum pondasi, di mana Model 1 dan Model 2 memiliki nilai tegangan di atas nol sebesar 269,25 kN/m² dan 107,70 kN/m², sementara Model 3, Model 4, dan Model 5 menunjukkan nilai tegangan di bawah nol, yaitu -53,85 kN/m², -484,64 kN/m², dan -915,45 kN/m². Technological shifts, globalization, and demographic changes have spurred innovation in curricula and teaching methods, with the “Kurikulum Merdeka” providing the necessary flexibility to align education with industry needs. However, challenges such as institutional readiness and access to technology must be addressed through collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and the industrial sector. The diversity in educational levels within vocational building construction programs can become a strength if effectively managed through appropriate curricula and teaching strategies. The disparity in human resource quality between urban and remote areas hampers the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka, necessitating cooperation among the government, private sector, and communities to enhance human resource quality and educational infrastructure. Balancing pragmatism, which emphasizes practical skills, with idealism, which focuses on ethics, is crucial for producing graduates who are both job-ready and possess strong integrity. One of the important indicators that need to be analyzed in the context of road infrastructure development is Vehicle Operating Cost (VOC). With the construction of new road sections, there is significant potential for changes in VOC. Several factors that can affect VOC due to new road construction include improved road quality, reduced congestion, and changes in travel distance. This study aims to analyze the impact of new road construction on VOC. The research will explore to what extent the new road construction can provide cost efficiency for vehicle users. The method used to analyze Vehicle Operating Cost (VOC) is the travel speed method developed by PT Jasa Marga in collaboration with LAPI ITB. Based on the analysis, the VOC savings is the difference between the VOC of the existing Latoma-Routa road section and the VOC of the new Latoma-Routa road section. This cost saving is the benefit value of the construction of the new Latoma-Routa road section due to the travel distance savings of 145.27 km from Latoma to Routa or vice versa. Roads and bridges play an important role in accelerating the transportation of goods, supporting agriculture, and reducing economic disparities between regions. This study focuses on the planning of box culvert construction on Jalan Tetewatu, North Konawe Regency, and Southeast Sulawesi. This location has an emergency wooden bridge that is inadequate for smooth transportation. The research method includes investigating existing conditions, collecting supporting data, and analyzing box culverts. The planned box culvert is a double type with a wet cross-section dimension of 3.00 m x 3.00 m, which will replace the existing emergency bridge. The budget plan (RAB) for this project reaches IDR 2,008,090,000. Bagaimana menaksir temperatur tertinggi yang pernah dialami, menaksir kekuatan sisa bangunan, dan mengusulkan teknik perbaikan struktur. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memprediksi kekuatan sisa struktur beton, serta mengupayakan suatu rehabilitasi dengan perbaikan jika memungkinkan atau melakukan rekonstruksi/ membongkar secara keseluruhan gedung jika struktur sudah tidak memungkinkan untuk diperbaiki.</p> <p>Langkah awal yang dilakukan didalam perencanaan ini adalah mengumpulkan data-data dan teori yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Kemudian melakukan pemeriksaan material apakah material tersebut masuk dalam standar perencanaan. Benda uji yang dibuat sesuai dengan peraturan beton bertulang indonesia 2019. Setelah itu melakukan perawatan benda uji dengan umur 28 hari, kemudian pengujian kuat tekan dilakukan sebelum dibakar dan sesudah dibakar.</p> <p>Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa beton yang telah dipanasi dengan suhu 600°C selama 2 jam kuat tekan rata-rata tersisa 48,8% dan selama 4 jam kuat tekan rata-rata tersisa 40,1% jadi penurunan yang terjadi sekitar 50% dari kuat tekan beton normal. Dalam kasus seperti ini sebaiknya gedung yang mengalami kebakaran ≥600°C dengan interval yang cukup lama sebaiknya dilakukan rekonstruksi atau pembongkaran gedung, karena kapasitas strukturnya sudah tidak mampu menahan beban yang harus dipikul. This research aims to determine how big the difference is between realized workforce productivity in the field and the productivity that has been determined. by PUPR NO.1 TAHUN 2022. The type of research carried out was a field survey which aimed to determine the level of productivity of each craftsman and the relationship between the productivity level of craftsmen in wall installation work using lightweight bricks based on PUPR NO.1 TAHUN 2022. Researchers carried out data collection directly at project location to obtain data which was then analyzed to produce a conclusion from the research carried out. The results of this research showed that the average productivity in the field was 49 Bh/OH, with the lowest productivity value for craftsmen and workers, namely 20 Bh/OH on the third day. 6 and the highest productivity value of 91 Bh/OH on days 1 and 3 on the Light Brick Wall installation work for the STAIN Campus II Kendari Flats Construction Project. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan seberapa besar perbedaan produktifitas tenaga kerja realisasi dilapangan dengan produktifitas yang telah ditetapkan oleh PUPR NO.1 TAHUN 2022. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah survei lapangan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas setiap tukang dan hubungan tingkat produktivitas tukang pada pekerjaan pemasangan dinidng dengan menggunakan Bata ringan berdasarkan PUPR NO.1 TAHUN 2022. Peneliti melakukan pengambilan data secara langsung di lokasi proyek untuk memperoleh data yang kemudian di analisis untuk menghasilkan sebuah kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil Penelitian ini diperoleh Produktivitas dilapangan rata-rata sebesar 49 Bh/OH, dengan nilai produktivitas terendah untuk tukang dan pekerja yaitu 20 Bh/OH pada hari ke-6 dan nilai produktivitas tertinggi 91 Bh/OH pada hari ke-1 dan 3 pada pekerjaan pemasangan Dinding Bata Ringan Proyek Pembangunan rumah susun STAIN Kampus II Kendari. The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between variations in the number of compaction passes in the field and the density of the Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC) mixture and determine the number of asphalt compaction passes based on the results of compacting trials in the field (trial compacting). The method used is the cause and effect relationship method. The cause and effect relationship that will be analyzed is how the number of compaction passes of the asphalt mixture relates to the density of the asphalt mixture. From the results of calculating field density in the variation 1 compaction experiment with a number of passes of 16, the density result was 96.71%. In the compaction experiment variation 2 with a number of passes of 18, the density result was 99.81%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui rencana anggaran biaya pekerjaan AC-BC pada proyek peningkatan jalan budi utomo baru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi lapangan dengan melakukan survey langsung di lokasi penelitian. Dari hasil perhitungan RAB pekerjaan AC-BC sepanjang 3.650 m maka total harga untuk pekerjaan prime coat adalah Rp. 407.055.854,8, dan total biaya pekerjaan pengaspalan lapis antara AC-BC adalah Rp. 6.606.658.174,90. This research aims to determine the extent of the difference between the Budget Plan (Rencana Anggaran Biaya or RAB) for Pile Foundation according to AHSP PUPR No. 1 Year 2022 and the actual Budget Plan in the field. Additionally, it seeks to identify the factors influencing the differences in the Budget Plan for Pile Foundation work. The study involves analyzing working drawings and budget plans by recalculating unit prices using AHSP PUPR No. 1 Year 2022 and the prices of materials and services in Kendari city in 2022. Data was collected directly at the project site for analysis to draw conclusions from the research.</em></p> <p><em>The research findings indicate that the Budget Plan for Pile Foundation work, according to the Unit Price of Goods and Services from the Government of Kendari City for the year 2022, is Rp. 11,954,048,000.00 (Eleven Billion Nine Hundred Fifty-Four Million Forty-Eight Thousand Rupiah), while the actual Budget Plan for Pile Foundation work in the field is Rp. 12,410,060,000.00 (Twelve Billion Four Hundred Ten Million Sixty Thousand Rupiah). Pembangunan Gedung Kantor Walikota Kendari ini terdiri dari tiga bangunan utama, yaitu gedung podium setinggi lima lantai, tower setinggi sembilan lantai dan gedung parkir setinggi tuga lantai dan akan dikerjakan secara bertahap selama tiga tahun. Karena pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung Kantor Walikota Kendari memiliki bangunan basement parkir yang berada dibawah elevasi tanah yang menggunakan struktur dinding penahan tanah, maka dibutuhkan perhitungan yang akurat untuk menahan gaya yang dapat menyebabkan kegagalan struktur dinding penahan tanah sebagai dinding basement parkir pada proyek pembangunan gedung kantor walikota kendari. Supaya dapat menahan tanah yang memilki kondisi khusus tersebut, konstruksi ini harus mampu memberikan kestabilan terhadap pengaruh gaya-gaya eksternal maupun internal.
